These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mekina Software LLC, doing business as Mekina, concerning your access to and use of Challengrs and related services.
Our services
Challengrs is a mobile app for photo-verified workout challenges, leaderboards, points, streaks, and related social accountability features. The services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
Intellectual property
We own or license the app, website, designs, text, graphics, software, trademarks, and other content. You may use the services only for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose unless we provide written permission otherwise.
User accounts
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and remain responsible for activity under your account. We may remove or change usernames that are inappropriate or misleading.
Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Free trials, renewals, cancellations, and payment handling are managed through the App Store subscription flow. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, submit illegal or harmful content, interfere with app operation, scrape the services, or use Challengrs for unlawful purposes.
User content
You are responsible for the content you submit, including challenge photos, profile information, comments, and support messages. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, and operate that content as part of the services.
Privacy
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitations
The services are provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
